This Bangkok Chef School and its instructors are devoted to helping every chef student achieve the highest culinary skills possible. All training is designed to instill a successful work ethic and to develop confidence in working in a commercial kitchen. Professional Chef Training in Bangkok consists of classroom work, intensive at-the-fryer training, and elective internships at Thai hotels/resorts.

Learn Thai & Western ingredients–fruits, vegetables, herbs & spices. It all starts with fresh ingredients and knowing which ones to buy. We will teach you this too. As you cook and cook, you will also learn how to properly use Thai cookware (high & low-pressure burners, woks, steamers, etc).
The best part is while in Bangkok, you can learn either Thai cooking, Pan-Asian cooking, OR Western cooking. The Thai cooking program is 6 weeks and accredited by Thai Ministry of Education. Pan-Asian and Western cooking programs are both 7 weeks, intensive, and professional. Learn how to master Thai, Chinese, Japanese and Western professional dishes. Learn all about Starters, Soups, Salads, Curry Pastes, Stir Fries, Steamed, Grilled, Deep fried, desserts, herbal beverages, street foods,… OR learn the basics of Western cooking in our Western Basic Culinary course.

- PROFESSIONAL THAI CULINARY TRAINING—Learn 80+ professional Thai dishes thoroughly over 6 weeks of intensive cooking, cooking, and cooking.
- EXCHANGE STUDENT TRAINING—Come to Thailand, learn Thai dishes and culture, receive college credits. Accommodations included in this program.
- BASIC CULINARY SKILLS TRAINING—Learn important basic culinary skills such as knife skills, HACCP training, food costing, measurements,… in 2 intensive weeks.

School chefs are highly trained English-speaking Thai nationals. All have experience working in Thai and Western restaurants locally and internationally and have had numerous years of experience teaching cooking at various schools.
Our basic goal is to teach students authentic tasting Thai and Western dishes while instilling a work ethic and professional skills in our candidates. We subscribe to the idea that one learns best by doing; therefore, classes are entirely hands-on. And this is just what our students do—they cook, cook, and cook. Instructors demonstrate how to prepare a dish, and students practice until the correct taste is achieved. We make novices into cooks, cooks into chefs, and chefs into Thai culinary chefs.
