About Impact

Impact English College was shortlisted in the final 5 colleges in the 2012 STM Star Awards – Southern Hemisphere. Only 4 colleges in Australia made this list and only one college in Melbourne made the shortlist– Impact! We are very proud that this shortlisting recognizes the quality and commitment of our staff and teachers, and Impact’s drive to do the best it can. This is one of the points of difference that you will experience at Impact English College. Our staff and teachers can be trusted to always do their very best for you. Impact English College provides a wide range of intensive and practical English language courses delivered by fully qualified and professional teachers. We can help you achieve that IELTS score, learn English for the job you have or would like to have, or just help you get around this wonderful city and country. Impact English College is an innovator. New courses and programs to fill the needs of our students have been introduced on a regular basis, and most recently we have seen the introduction of the Barista Kick-Start work experience program and the opening of the Impact Cambridge Exam Centre. And there is still more to come! Impact provides its students with modern, clean and comfortable facilities and a vibrant learning atmosphere is obvious throughout the college. We are conveniently located in the heart of the city, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and nightlife. One block from Melbourne's Southern Cross Station and with Melbourne’s trams passing right by the door means that we are easy to find and easy to get to from anywhere in Melbourne. Melbourne has been voted the World’s most livable city on many occasions, most recently in August 2012, and as Melbourne is the unofficial cultural and learning center of Australia, it only makes sense to choose our city to learn English or anything else for that matter.
