Today, confusion — not a smooth, steady course — often reigns in organizations and businesses. In fact, says Stephen R. Covey, we’re now in a “permanent whitewater world.” Not only are good management skills important, but effective leadership is also vital. Through this course, the 4 Roles of a Leader, participants receive the tools, processes and context to lead successfully, even in times of turbulent change.
