A 6-month intensive program designed to provide participants with knowledge, tools and techniques to become successful project managers. Success means that the project meets the scope, cost, schedule and quality requirements set forth between the project team and the stakeholders.
The course emphasizes all the project processes and all the project management areas of knowledge, as identified in the “Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge” (PMBOK). This North-American set of standards describes the sum of knowledge within the ever-growing profession of project manager. The course refers to Microsoft Project reports. A case study illustrates the techniques required at each stage in a project’s life cycle.

Preparation of exam and final paper: March - May
The program is organized once a week, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. It is a demanding program. In addition to the class sessions, participants spend a significant amount of time on individual and study group work.
