A 4-month intensive program designed for non-financial managers who want to understand and use the main financial and accounting concepts and techniques, for increasing own performance in decision-making. At the end of the program, participants will know to analyze financial statements, to make decisions with a positive impact on the financial health of the company and to use the analysis of financial ratios to improve strategy, for bigger competitive advantage and improved credibility.

The program is organized once a week, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. It is a demanding program. In addition to the class sessions, participants spend a significant amount of time on individual and study group work.
