The PDE – Business Management Program is a training program which strengthens each participant’s capacity to manage in his chosen field and improves his leadership abilities, making them more suitable to the goals and general policies of the company.
The PDE aims to achieve the following principal goals:
-- To develop and update personal leadership skills, looking at the participant’s management activity from different perspectives.
-- To update practical knowledge in the different areas of company management;
--To debate ideas and values, in a highly qualified professional environment, under the guidance of rigorous AESE teaching staff;
--To enhance the participant’s thinking model as a decision maker, considering multifaceted aspects of society and of the business world;
--To strengthen the participant’s capacity for initiative and entrepreneurial spirit, either in their own personal career or in the organization they lead.
The PDE is compatible with the professional working week, requiring participants to attend two half day sessions per week.
At the end of the Program, PDE participants will receive a certificate and become AESE Alumni.
