From spring 2020 it is possible to enroll in the Basic Gelato course also online! Choose the type of enrollment that best suits your needs: online or premium in the classroom.
Educational objectives
After the basic course, you will have learned how to make ice creams, sorbets, fruit ice creams on a milk basis, ice cream on a stick, and soft ice cream. You will have deepened the hygiene rules applied in an ice cream laboratory and the business plan of this entrepreneurial activity.
