As an experienced functional or specialist manager a typical Accelerated Development Programme participant has already gained 10 to 15 years' relevant management experience.
The Accelerated Development Programme prepares today's managers to become tomorrow's leaders by supporting them through the transition into general management. This general management programme accelerates and smoothes this transition by strengthening interpersonal and strategic skills whilst broadening organisational and functional knowledge.
You'll have the opportunity to gain a broader understanding of how different approaches achieve results, discuss your ideas and find new ways forward from people facing the same issues as you. We harness the learning by grouping you in a variety of cross-cultural teams, encouraging you to share experiences throughout the programme.

As an Accelerated Development Programme participant you will be highly motivated, keen to learn and develop new skills. As an experienced functional or specialist manager, you will typically already have gained 10 to 15 years' relevant management experience. Crucially, you are just about to make, or have recently made, the transition into general management.
